A very popular symbol in the Victorian era, the horseshoe was believed to contain luck and prosperity for those who needed it. Decorative buttons were in high vogue through the 1920s, and this little horseshoe is a fabulous representation of the sleek, artistic style that was so popular.

Repurposed for modern wear gives this button new life while keeping to the simple expression of the past. Black Duranoid plastic is literally indestructible, braided and smooth leather cords are adjustable from wrapped bracelet length to shorter necklace length to longer pendant length.

Button is circa 1880s. Adjustable 8-18-36 inches, button measure 1 ¼ inches round.
